Schedule: July 2016 – December 2016
Engineer: THP Limited, Inc.
Type of Project: Garage Restoration

The Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center garage repairs included complete restorations of three different garages in total. One of garages was converted from a former Model T Factory warehouse and required structural full-depth, partial-depth, slab on grade, overhead concrete repairs and the installation of a traffic-grade waterproofing membrane.  Other garages also needed concrete repairs, joint sealant replacements, and new pavement markings. All three garages were completed with a full traffic coating.
