Mike Huseman


Mike Huseman is the President and founder of Structural Systems Repair Group (SSRG).

Huseman studied construction management at the University of Cincinnati and received a B.A. from Xavier University with a concentration in business. In 2008, he founded Structural Systems Repair Group. Today continues to drive the company’s growth leading up to today, where he presides over SSRG.

Vice President

As Vice President, Brad is responsible for overseeing all business operations and maintaining the high standards of innovation, quality, and efficiency that both our clients and competitors recognize set us apart.

Brad is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and received a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering followed by a Masters of Science in Structural and Materials Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Bryan streamlines the overall project experience for everyone: the SSRG team, project partners, and ultimately the client. He brings to the table nearly fifteen years of industry experience and a savvy business mind.

Bryan holds a degree in Construction Management from University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Toledo.

Walter Weed, III

Restoration Division Manager

Heavy Timber / Carpentry / Geo-Technical

As Division Manager, Walter is responsible for estimating and scheduling, coordination of bid packages, subcontractor hiring, oversight of the project team from beginning to end and will be the sole contact for the Owner.

Walter is 30-hr OSHA Certified. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of Cincinnati.

Masonry Division Manager

Masonry Modifications, Repairs & Restorations

As our Masonry Division leader, Gary is responsible for designing, value engineering, managing, supervising, and communicating with the entire project team. He will oversee the entire project by scheduling and coordinating all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of subcontractors.

Gary has more than thirty years of experience in the masonry field, having owned his own masonry business before coming to join SSRG in 2018. He is well respected throughout the industry. His commitment to performing quality work and exceeding customer expectations is in line with SSRG’s culture and commitment to our clients.

John Mussman

Concrete Division Manager

Civil / Industrial / Concrete Infrastructure

As a Division Manager, John is focused on strengthening SSRG’s position in the civil and industrial markets, successfully delivering large-scale design-build projects in both the private and public arenas, as well as growing a workforce to tackle even larger projects moving forward.

John earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He joined SSRG in 2015 bringing with him 10 years of experience in the commercial building and heavy civil markets along the East Coast.

Vice President, Human Resources & Leadership Development

As Director of Human Resources, Matt strives to expand and uphold SSRG’s extraordinary culture. With an intense focus on our employees, Hess aims to embody all the best attributes of his discipline- balancing the mechanic demand for compliance, and the yearning for fairness and compassion.

Hess specializes in attention to employee satisfaction and performance management, as well as both leadership and strategy development. Together with his team, he constantly works to improve employee retention and enhance the overall work/life experience for each of our employees.
